Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Have been lucky seeing Yellowhammer around. Don’t see more than one at a time. Saw a small flock of them late last summer. Hopefully the numbers are gaining. Here are a few recents.
