A short trip to St Aidans

It may have been a short trip but was still plenty to see ILR...Cracking Stonechat pics and I ain't seen a GCG for a wee while so thanks for sharing yours.

Thanks Linda, On the way back to the car a large black cloud was heading towards me, and then I felt a few spots of rain so I put the camera away and hurried back before I got drenched. then I spotted a kingfisher, But that large black cloud was getting nearer and nearer and I thought to myself if I don't go now I am going to regret it.
I did regret it as the wind had changed and it got brighter and the big black cloud went away in the distance.
Ah well, you win some you lose some. And I lost the opportunity of a nice photo of a Kingfisher.

Lovely set again ILR... haven't lost your touch!! I echo Linda's welcome back :o)

Thats just an excuse to go back again and get Kingie and not forgetting sharing it with us ;-)

That's a good selection ILR. Shame about the Kingfisher, I find seeing them is the first problem, photographing them is the next....
