Green woodpecker - Regular Visitor

How lovely to get a regular visit from a Green Woodpecker...am green with envy lol

Lovely bird to have in the garden.

Often see these in some trees nearby (obviously hear them first!) but the trees are so tall that they're just a speck at the top. I remember the first time I saw one, though. It was taking a stroll across the car park at work. Camera phones were pretty rubbish back then unfortunately so I never got a pic.
