Lovely pics SM, the pretty blue flower is possibly Scilla siberica (Siberian squill), not seen it here although it is included in many multi bulb offers!

I thought this was a caterpillar, loads all over the path. Checking on google, it suggests a Leatherjacket (I assume after it was in the white form) ?
