Some black headed gulls of the beach

First time I've ever managed this. The bird was so close it practically filled the entire frame. Shame I couldn't get it centered, and so had to crop it a tiny, tiny bit. Photographed this morning, Colebrook lake (north) viewing screen, Moor Green Lakes nature reserve.
90% luck, 5% field craft, 5% camera skills.
