The river Severn bank is next to the boating lake so you can get great views of the river. Sometimes you can get the occasional bird like a Moorhen for example There was a log being brought down by the current And there was a Moorhen sat on it. So it was being taken down the river on the log. I didn’t manage to get a photo of it though cause it got off before I could take it. The Boating lake is a big round lake and is further down At the boating lake I usually see Mallards and moorhens most frequently. Sometimes I see gulls and the occasional little egret or gray heron.
I don’t usually see a swan at The Boating lake, in fact this is the first time iv seen one there. The water was so low that there was shallow bits and when it swam around you could see a mud trail behind the swan as it swam. Here’s an example all the bare bits you see would be hidden under the water. It’s usually so deepYou would drown if you tryed to swim in it but this is how shallow it was
This is the mud trail I was on about
