Another trip out and Red Kite delight plus others

Especially the red kites, I'm still trying to get a good picture of one of them!

Lovely set ILR, like Benji, I'm still waiting for a decent Red Kite pic.
I'm not convinced it's a White Legged damsel, I think it's a bit late in the year, and I'm not sure they venture as far north as Yorkshire. I'm struggling to work out what it is, though, possibly one of the Emeralds.

Thank you Hazel I needed a little patience in the bird hide but it was rewarded when first the pheasant appeared, then the heron, and the Buzzard and crow well in the distance and I couldn’t believe I got a legible photo of it, and when I saw the Red Kites in the distance coming towards me It made my day. The Highland Cattle are just magnificent animals.

Thanks PB The Red Kites are becoming a regular occurrence now, I see them on most of my trips out, The hardest bit is getting them close enough to get a photo.

Nice to see the Highland Cattle. Birds of Prey are certainly in the lime light the now...cracking shots of the Kite
