Its been while, but I had a few hours spare, so a trip to St Aidans was the order of the day

Yet another super, super selection ILR... I'm not sure, but is that a Whinchat on the barbed wire? Not a bird I've seen, sadly. Super Stonechats, and a Humbug, still stripy....wonderful, and the magnificent egrets and herons :o)

Yet more fabulous photos ILR, you're definitely spoiling us, and I'm definitely not complaining, other than to say, keep 'em a coming....

Stonechat, Whinchat , Egret, GCG with Humbug ....the list goes on...most of which I ain't ever seen myself grrr!!!! So it's a pleasure to see yours. Keep up the good work ;-)

Hi PB Yes it is a Whinchat and I was really pleased as the other photos of whinchats that I had previously taken were not great and I wasn’t expecting these to be much better as they were quite a way away. But they turned out quite well thankfully.
