It looks a great venue SM with so much variety, the photos are lovely. If I was to pick my
Favourite photo it would be three photos because I couldn’t choose between them.
In no particular order, The wren, the first photo of the white throat, and the warbler above the blackbird.

The second pheasant shot is wonderful - so cute. I think your area is a bit ahead of us dragonfly wise. I have been keeping a look out, but not seen any yet. Hopefully soon ...

Some great Photos SM love the pheasant with the three chicks crossing the path it reminded me of the Beatles walking across the crossing one after the other. And excellent to see the green woodpecker, still not seen one of those but live in hope. I also liked the dragonfly, I saw my first one this year yesterday but never managed to get a photo, it had other things on its mind to land for me.

Thanks ILR. I like the analogy to the Beetles cover shot :) I didn't see the pheasant at first, it crossed the path very close to me. Caught it out of the corner of my eye as I was photographing the Ponies. It had 6-7 chicks. Hopefully I will see them in the Autumn, when they are bigger they look funny running around before they get the tail feathers.
