The Red Squirrel is not in the reserve as such - they are in the little wooded area behind the car park that you can see straight ahead as you walk back out of the visitor centre area.
A brilliant set of photos. Hauxley is not a reserve I've been to, possibly one day when I'm up that way.
Definitely worth a second visit for the red squirrel, though I've not seen a tree sparrow for a very long time, nor a bullfinch since before Covid.
