Little Egret doing well catching fish in his mouth

There must of been a lot he picked one up chucked it down his throat and then picked another one up and chucked that one down aswell I think he probably caught 4 or 5 during the time I was there but could of been more than that before I got there

The lucky Egret must have found a shoal of young fish and was taking advantage of its luck. Nice capture Zo both you with the photos and the bird with its food.

Thanks. Sorry about the late reply. Interestingly most of the fish it caught was in that spot approaching inland where the ground is so maybe there was a lot of them near the shore In the Balanceing pond makeing it easyer to find and catch
