River Magic

You caught the light on the birds very well in those photos. 

Lovely photos ILR, and nice to see the blackcaps. I've not seen or pair for a long while now, so I'm tempted to think they've found somewhere more suitable to nest.

As for the others, all nicely captured, and a bridge over a river, the scene is very well set.

My pleasure Linda it is a lovely place for a walk and you never know what your going to see, I saw a heron but it had its camouflage on Lol

I saw a zero yesterday aswell...it flew over my garden....a was too slow with the camera though so it's in the bad pics thread lol

We all get them Linda par for the course but that’s the joy of birdwatching you never know what is round the corner

You're so right ILR I've been at this game for over 60 years and still get surprised by something most times we are out

Hi Pete I only started in 2019 but the enjoyment and excitement when you see a bird you have not seen before is brilliant
And it encourages you to get out in the country side with nature. Also when you download your photos and see the detail of the birds is magical.
