I have just bought my first SLR camara, a Nikon D3000 with a 18-55mm lens! Just waiting for the first charge to finish then I can start getting to grips with it. I will be visiting RSPB Rye Meads reserve on monday (weather permitting) so hopefully, fingers crossed I'll be able to get some good snaps then!
Regards Daniel
Congratulations on your new camera Daniel. The first day with my new camera was comical to say the least !! I am sure you are much better than me and will have some brilliant photos.
Congratulations from me as well Daniel. I am sure you will have lots of fun with it. I am equally sure that it won't sit unused until Monday. I'll bet you will be snapping everything in sight tomorrow - whether through rain-drenched windows or out in the garden in sunshine!!!!!
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
Thank you.... The battery has just finished charging so I've been giving it a go, no signs of any birds though! I guess I'll have to make do of things round the house and garden at the mo!
Congratulations Daniel. Looking forward to seeing your "snaps", rain or shine.
Cheers, Linda.
