spotted this bird a few hours ago on our boathouse roof,managed to grab a few pics through the dinning room widow,so sorry if pic quality isn't great
we have tried looking it up in bird books we have but it doesn't seem to match anyhting in them
can't seem to find anything like it online either so i though who better to ask than the rspb community.
me and my father are keen to know just what this bird is.

having read the discription of the grey wagtail in another book i dug out today i agree with you buzzard!
defiantly a female in her winter plummage.
