I would go with Nightingale over Redstart or Black Redstart, as it has pale legs.
Could possibly be a Thrush Nightingale though (although I am prepared to be corrected), as it seems to have 8 primary tips and a short 1st primary - unless I'm getting confused with other feathers!? Can't properly see the overall colour of it in this light tho.
