Hi all!
I just wondered if anyone could help me confirm this ID. Someone said it was a lesser redpoll, but it does look quite different from ID pics of them. I'm guessing if it is, then it's a juvenile wihtout the red on the head yet.
Taken in Feburary in South Yorkshire.

Thank you so much! I felt bad questioning the guy who told me it was a redpoll as he seemed such an expert (and juveniles can look so different), but I was so confused and on seeing the photo again thought I'd clarify.

Thanks for that. The challenge is that they are adults and the juvenile pictures look quite different.
