Looks a lot like a mink, otters have that rounder/chubby face.
Otter IMO, but I'm no expert. Pale underneath from head to front legs, and tail both suggest otter.
That's an otter.
I also think it looks more like an otter than a mink.
Otters have webbed feet. Is that back foot webbed between the toes/claws in the first image?
Are you able to work out it's size by the length of the bricks surrounding the pond?
A wonderful visitor to have, if you weren't trying to protect your fish.

Likewise, no expert, but I'm tempted to think the same, plus otters appear more streamlined than mink

They both have webbed feet. Biggest thing is the face/head, otters have a larger short rounded face whereas a mink much pointer face. In the image it appears that it has a longer snout. I’m curious on the size too. Otters are the size of a small dog where as a minks are the size of a house cat.
Silly question, but as both photos are side on (in terms of head) isn’t it better to I.d. from what can be more clearly seen?
For what it's worth, Google Lens says otter for both images
Around my neck of the woods, Yorkshire Wildlife trust have this helpful little sheet where the ears make the ID fairly straightforward in this case. Ears backwards in line with the eyes = otter; perched on top = mink

Otter, pale underneath plus distance from eye to ear rule out mink IMO.
