Seen in central Scotland this bird was outside my house with distinct black and white colouring but with a really short bright orange beak and feet. Not like any bird I have seen before. The doves or pigeons I normally see that are black and white have brown or black beaks. This bird also isn’t tagged which makes me think it’s probably not a dove. Can anyone identify?
