Likely to be a Marsh Tit at Leighton Moss; there is usually a white spot at the base of the bill on a marsh tit. Lovely to see the male Bullfinch too.

I go to Leighton Moss several times a year and often see the marsh tits; they are lovely little birds and until they stopped people feeding the birds there they used to come to hand for sunflower hearts, live mealworms or peanuts. They were quite bold little birds and have that very distinctive sound of "pichoo" which is another way to identify them.
I've just found a photo taken at Leighton Moss when a Marsh Tit came to hand - you can just make out the white at the base of its bill.
