Google lens is suggesting Lesser Kestrel and a quick google shows it could be ... a rare sight in Uk apparently ... but I can't personally verify!

I don't see it as much different to a lot of Kestrels I have photographed. he worst colour \I would ever call one would be creamy.
Wendy it was my first thought when I looked in my bird book RSPB Britain’s
birds page 324 Lesser Kestrel. It would be nice to think I have seen and photographed a very rare falcon.
It was the rusty orangey red on shoulders which looked like a particular google pic! ...

Thank you Wendy and Bob for your thoughts if I get it confirmed as a lesser Kestrel I shall let you know either way.
it will be interesting if you can see it again and get better pics and have it confirmed as a Lesser Kestrel, though I can't see anything that says it isn't a standard male Kestrel - colour looks a little oversaturated but that would be down to camera / settings.
Good to hear from you again ILR.
I'll leave the ID to the more knowledgeable in the community, though if it is a lesser kestrel, what a find.
