Terrible photo - I know. But if anyone can identify this please. It was taken in an urban area in Suffolk. I saw the bird jumping on and around this hedgerow (I would assume hunting the small birds hiding within) It had a distinctive black pronged tail and dark brown back feathers. It was crow sized.
