Is this a Muscovy Duck that we have photographed?

We had a nice stroll along Ulverston canal this lunchtime today and spotted this beauty in the water!

Is it a Muscovy Duck? We are not sure and would like confirmation

Whatever it is, I am assuming it is not common in the UK?
