Hi All,
Whilst taking a short walk on my lunch break, I encountered this bird which I assume is a goose of some kind. Having looked through the bird identifier, I can't quite find anything which is an exact match, especially with the grey feathers on its wings. It is slightly larger than the mallards around it.
The pictures aren't the best - but hopefully clear enough. Thanks for any guesses in advance!

Hey - thank you so much for your answer! The more I look at it, the more I feel like I agree with you.
The weather was nice today, so I went out and managed to get a few better pictures, if they lead us down another identification route.
It has this adorable little white patch on its neck, I really like it.
