Hi, I have recently taken a lot of photos and have tried to identify the birds in them myself, but was wondering if anyone else could give their opinion?
I think these are both larks and the lighter coloured one (on its own in the fourth photo) is a skylark, but what is the darker coloured one (in the first three photos)? Is it also a skylark or is it something else?
Juvenile wheatears? (These are all different individuals).
Peregrine?
Sorry for the not so great photos, but I think this is a kestrel as it was hovering.
Juvenile/female red grouse?
I think these are either redpoll or twite? (They were among a flock of redpoll so I assume that is what they are).
Juvenile stonechat?
I had to crop and darken these quite a bit to be able to see details. I don't really know what this could be, maybe a song thrush?
