It's the size of a sparrow, but it's clearly not one.
Its dark brown e appears to have a white spot near the beak.
Some say it's a Black Redstart, but I don't think so.
The Black Redstart does not have the white spot near the beak, and despite the poor quality of the photo, I cannot see the characteristic red tail of the Black Redstart.
