Never heard this before..Norfolk bird call June 2023

My first ever post!

repetetive short chirp then longish descending whistle. No sighting but calling without moving and close to me from a Norfolk hedgerow oak.

I attach a recording - not very good I'm afraid where you can hear 4 of these meloncholic whistles.
