Help Please, is this a young Pied Wagtail

White Wagtail is a sub species of Pied Wagtail, Dave. A quick glance through one of my books says the White is migratory to UK, whereas Pied is resident,
On the pied, the rump is black/dark grey whereas the white is grey, and there are other minor colour differences, depending on breeding/ non-breeding

The one I have has quite a dark rump, so it would be a Pied. Most of the juvenile birds I have seen has a more pronounced white stripe above the eye than the bird in my photo. does that make a difference?
