This bird has been perched in my garden for half an hour. It is considerably larger than a blackbird or thrush. Its size caught my eye initially. Dark coloured wings and back with light reddish brown breast. Orange/brown beak. Its tail seems long. I sure its not a blackbird, much too large. Can anyone suggest what it could be, other than a blackbird !
