It looks like a noctuid moth of some kind — angle shades seems a reasonable call I reckon. Lots of them are unfussy eaters.
Alternatively, and depending on the history of the plants, it could possibly be a hitchhiking Orthosia hibisci. I don’t say that’s likely, as they’re American and should be emerging as adults at this time of year, but you never know. Best way to be sure would be to grow her.
