Pale spot on bill strongly suggests Marsh Tit. Im not sure where Shropshire stands with regards Willow Tit as they are much rarer.

I agree with marsh tit, but reckon all these old posts dredged up in the last day or so were answered. A couple, like this one, have had previous responses deleted since they were posted, so might have appeared unanswered a year or more later.
