Hi, in southern England, I was driving then saw an orange plumaged bird with a long tail sitting on the powerlines, I couldn't get a photo. I thought it was a kite at first but earlier on in the day, I saw a kestrel So i thought it could be the same kestrel. It was quite tall though.
