Low oowoowoo

Question

830am this morning I heard a bird call that was low and repeating of oowoowoowoowoo i've searched various identifying sounds and can't find it. It sounded like a person saying woo/whoa in a low deep voice and repeating.

Brave of you to do that, Lucy. The only bird I can think of that approximates to your description and voice recording is the Stock Dove. Here's it's typical call.
