Bird glimpsed on Motorway Cops ;-D

I think this was filmed out of the window of a cop car speeding along a northern motorway - I happened to glance at TV and see it for one second, so naturally had to stop everything osprey-related and rewind and take a snap with Android phone, and 2 hours later (haha) I can post it here, in hope.

I couldn't get it without any out-of-focus twigs criss-crossing its body.
