Please help identify?

I've lightened the photo slightly so the experts can hopefully ID it for you.  

 My first thought was Spotted Flycatcher but its only a wild guess so wait for those that will know for sure.  

Thanks Hazel - yes, I think you can just make out the markings on the crown as well as the pale throat too.

Thank you all, from lightening the photo, to explaining the identification of the bird as a spotted flycatcher.
I think he/she may have been about for a few days now but up until yesterday I hadn't got a photo.
Hopefully I may get a better photo if the bird stays around a little longer.
