Can you identify this bird call?

This video could not be prepared.

This bird call is often heard in the middle of Loughborough during the day.  We can't work out what it is. Any assistance very gratefully received.

    Believe it or not it's a corvid. I hear it around my home and it's either crow, jackdaw or jay - it's a close family contact call/chat
