Night time - racket!!!

Sounds from nightime woodland in coastal/esturine pembrokeshire .

Young and adult calling from different locations.

Any ideas on identification please?

    I've amplified the recording a bit so hopefully you can now hear it.

    My guess, given the woodland location, is a juvenile Tawny Owl with the occasional response from an adult female.

    I think Tony is right with Tawny maybe a youngster that has "branched" and wants feeding while sat on the branch.
