Little bird constantly tapping on patio door

Hi there, do you know what bird this is please?

It keeps hovering near our windows and patio door and tapping on the glass. It's been constant for last 2 days lol... Started off as cute now a bit annoying, but also don't want it to hurt itself.

I've put foil on the handles, hoping the reflection would prevent it, but nope bird keeps visiting. Any tips please? I'm assuming it thinks the reflection is another bird?

Thank you. I thought it was the spiders but we had to hose the area down as it also keeps pooping when sitting on the handle lol......I've drawn the blinds too. Seems to be a bit less today, although it's very windy today too, so possibly sheltering. It's been a joy & a bit annoying as it's distracting me from working, that said it's entertaining, and hard to be annoyed at such a cute little bird :-)

As has been said - it'll be the reflection.

I've witnessed this behaviour quite a few times and the bird really becomes stressed so to help it out cover the 'offending' reflective surface with something dull and (obviously) not prone to giving off a reflection.

The bird will then think the 'rival' has moved on.
