Mystery bird call

Question

Could anyone help me identify this bird, couldn&rsquo;t get a good picture but here is an audio clip. About the same size as a woodpecker maybe a brownish colour. Many thanks.

Sounds like the alarm call of a Mistle Thrush. The sound is often likened to one of those old fashioned rattles that they used to have at football matches
