High pitched whistle

Hello Could someone please try and help me identify this bird by it's call. The bird is making this call every day but I can't spot it in the trees to identify it by sight. I've attached a recording of the call, it's the one high pitched whistle. Thanks Gareth

    Hi Gareth

    I could be wrong but it sounds like the thin "tseep" call of a Robin. Listen to the recording below.

    Hi Gareth

    I’d heard the very same sounding ‘tseep’ call many time in the garden and was surprised to find that it was actually a Blackbird making the call. Since then I’ve heard and seen many Blackbirds making the same ‘tseep’ type of call heard on your recording.

    Paul could be right. I've heard Blackbirds doing that too but had forgotten. I found this recording which also has a Chiffchaff and other birds in the background as well.
