Yes, a Spotted Flycatcher is what your picture presents.
They are very endearing little birds and not particularly afraid of people.
Loved the ones we had closre to us while on holiday in Menorca

oh well i took this in the sounth of spain!! :D..yes they are lovely!! do you know what they sound like?? becoause i kept earing a very loud call which kinda sounded like a blackbird, but not really....???
