Could someone please advise me what this object is that was spotted hanging from a tree in Chapel Wood.

I tried to brighten it up a bit and it looks like a wasp or bees nest, I found something that looked a similar shape on google here is the link to it.

You might have to cut a paste it to make it work

Thanks Shane for your suggestion. The object appears to man made of circular wooden rings and glued together maybe. It was photographed at some distance and the picture enlarged.
