Still learning. I thought at first this might be an Emerald but having consulted my book and noting the pseudo-pterostigma I think it's probably a female Banded Demoiselle. Am I right?
I'm fairly confident this is a male Common Blue but happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.
Still no sign of Dragons on my patch.

Thanks, M. I'm getting there. Just wait until I go to the Camargue next month. I'm really going to struggle then. LOL
Gosh, lucky you TJ, off to the Camargue, you'll need a few spare memories for the camera with all the animals, reptiles, insects etc. Never mind, the photos will keep us amused for hours.
Best wishes

Thanks Hazel. It had better be drier and warmer than my Czech Republic trip or I'll want my money back. LOL
I think the weather there in July is probably nailed on hot & sunny. We're on hot days (25/30°C) with thunderstorms the last 3 nights, so no moth traps for ages. Hopefully tmorrow night!!
