Spotted this little fella - only about 2" long - this morning, and glad I did because he was meandering down the middle of the footpath and could easily have been squashed.
To my shame I know so little about amphibians that I can't even say whether it's a tog or a froad. But I'm sure someone out there will be able to help!

I reckon he's a Toad judging by his warty back but that's the limit of my amphibian knowledge. Not the prettiest of creatures but they have amazing eye colour.
