Can we compare prices as so many of us are supplying these to our birds?
Is that allowed here?
The cheapest I've found is http://www.thelivefoodwarehouse.co.uk/acatalog/Mini_Mealworms.html
They charge £13.00 for 500g of minis and £8.50 for regulars. The prices are even better if you need more.
That includes postage and VAT.
If anybody can beat that I'd be grateful to hear.
Hi
I have not actually used these suppliers but they seem cheap:-

£14.49 for 1KG
for dried I use:-

It's not always easy to hug a hedgehog.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't.
Hi dangerous
I pay a little more from worms direct uk:
http://www.wormsdirectuk.co.uk/acatalog/MEALWORMS_-direct.html
at £9.75 for 500g or £18.95 1kg but they come in tubs with plenty of bran and they are alive and healthy so I don't have to pick out any dead ones or sort them out from sheets of newspaper. They are the only people who can seem to get them to me next day by Royal Mail 1st class post
Best wishes Chris

I have been feeding with dried mealworms for nearly 2 years and was shocked by the price all retailers charge. I now buy from eBay shop petspadirect who supply bags of mealworms in various weights. I buy 5 kilo @ £23.99 Inc carriage which equates to 48p per 100g or £4.80 per kilo. I have found them very reliable and the birds certainly love the worms.
