Light coloured pheasant female/fledgling?

I spotted a light plumaged pheasant in the garden this morning. I've never seen one like this before - well I'm sure it's a pheadant of some kind. Is this a female or fledgling or some different type/variety? Pheasants are very common in the area, but I've never seen one in the garden and delighted to have this beautiful looking one. I can't see much detail from the photos but we get 5 - 8 females in the garden at a time. They are very variable in the tone and depth of colour. I would suggest this is on which is on the lighter side of normal.
