Paramyxovirus

A feral pigeon in my garden is throwing seed over it's shoulder and having trouble flying. I have been feeding small amounts to the pigeons in poor weather, plus I feed other garden birds and have a bird bath which the starlings love. I presume it would be advisable not to feed the pigeons. Am I right in thinking that other types of bird are not at risk? I would like to carry on with the bird bath for now, but any advice would be appreciated. As I speak, the affected bird is feeding continuously under the hanging feeder.
