Fledgling sparrow spending the night in a feeder

Hello - I’m a bit worried about a fledgling sparrow I’ve had in my garden for a week or so- it seems to be the only one that’s still small and fluffy. When it feeds with others if anything disturbs them everything else flies off but this little one stays where it is. It feeds and drinks ok but then just sits still for ages on the ground. The last two nights I’ve noticed it is sitting on its own in a metal, acorn shape bird feeder, it’s still there when I go to bed so I’m assuming it’s spending the whole night there. I don’t know if this is normal for young sparrows, or if I should move the feeder so it stays where the others roost in a large clematis nearby. Many thanks for any help you can offer.
