Hello,Ima baby seagull has appeared on our tiny balcony. It seems unable to fly and it has been warm so I fear it has no food/ water. Its parents don’t seem to be feeding it and it has been squwaking all day. Am I okay to feed it/ should I try and get it off the balcony? I think it is safe but I wonder if the walls are too high for it to fly out? Thanks!
