Seagull fledling

Hi, I live in an apartment in falmouth High Street and have a view of the rooftop opposite.

Unfortunately the company placed netting on their roof that trapped a seagull a few weeks ago and after 4 days we were finally able to get it help through the company's HR.

But tonight we spotted a fledgling seagull (roughly 3 days old) trapped in that same netting. Unfortunately it's too high for us to access and we know from before only the company can help but they aren't open until 9am. I think from the distance it's brocken it's leg but sibling, mum and dad aren't leaving it's side will it be okay until morning?
