I have a nest box with a camera. There's 6 Blue Tit chicks 15 days old. The female hadn't came back for 3 hours now which is very unusual for her. The male hasn't been attending the nest since day 2. What should I do?

Hi, thankfully she came back the next morning. I can only see 4 chicks now. I can see one under the others and it's not moving. She doesn't spend the night in the nest box with them but is feeding them consistently all day long.
Thanks for the good news update, I expect she will remove the dead chicks body soon in order to keep nest as fresh as possible!
